Antonio Mujica, 64, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at his residence in Edinburg. He was born on Friday, June 13, 1952 in Mission, Texas to Miguel Mujica and Carmen Palomares. He is preceded in death by his brother; Eduardo Mujica and granddaughter; Milagros Jade Mujica.
He is survived by his parents, wife; Ventura Saenz Mujica, daughters; Angela (Abel Mata) Mujica, Elizabeth Mujica, Maricela Mujica, son; Antonio Mujica, Jr., siblings; Francisca Santibanes, Lucio Mujica, Consuelo Resendez, Pedro Mujica, Rosa Sandoval, Maria Salinas, Alejandro Mujica, Juan Mujica, Maria Trinidad Mujica and Carlos Mujica.
His family will receive family and friends today, Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Catholic Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 501 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Catholic burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
