Daniel "Danny" Pardo, 54, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 19, 2020 at Amara Hospice in Edinburg. He was born on a Saturday, November 20, 1965 in Edinburg, Texas to Encarnacion Pardo and Cedalia Zarate Pardo. He is preceded in death by his mother.
Danny is survived by his sons; Leviticus Daniel (Cynthia Renee) Pardo, Jared E.Storm Pardo and Dimitri Amadeus Pardo, granddaughter; Elena Jolisa Pardo, father; Encarnacion Pardo, sisters; Joanna (Juan) Martinez and Celine (Raul) Pardo-Salinas, brother; Rick (Courtney Baker) Pardo.
He lived in Edinburg all of his life and graduated from Edinburg High School in 1984. He graduated from University of Texas Pan American with a BA in Special Education. He taught for many years as a special education teacher for the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District. He was also a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He enjoyed singing karaoke, fishing, hunting, camping, bar-b-quing and telling jokes. He was a very humorous person who lived life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
His family will receive friends on Monday, June 22, 2020 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Catholic Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 501 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers will be: Leviticus D. Pardo, Jared E.Storm Pardo, Dimitri A. Pardo, Nick Martinez, Victor Reyna, and Rick Pardo. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and Staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
