Graciela Bochas Vera

Graciela Bochas Vera, 71, entered eternal rest on Monday, July 12, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Edinburg, Texas on a Monday, October 31, 1949 to Juan Bochas and Juanita Ochoa Bochas. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jacqueline Vera and sister; Yolanda Morales.
Graciela is survived by her children; Julie Ann (Domingo) Vera-Gonzalez, Veronica Vera, Gracie Clarice Vera, Jason Roland (Rachel) Vera, Martha Vera and Crystal Vera. Siblings; Rita Bochas, Margaret Brebner, Patricia Cantu and Ricardo Bochas, 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graciela lived in Edinburg all of her life and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She previously worked at the Hidalgo County Clerk’s office as well as in bookkeeping. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and in her younger years she learned to fly small planes. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and being a loving grandmother. Having a decorated and well kept home was something Graciela was passionate and proud of. She will be dearly missed by family and all those whose lives she touched.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and Staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home.
