Jesus J. Vazquez

Jesus Javier Vazquez Aleman, 74, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Rafael Vazquez and two brothers; Jorge Aleman Vazquez and Juan Jose Aleman Vazquez.

He is survived by his spouse of 53 years; Yolanda Olvera Vasquez, his 4 loving children; Mary Jane Vasquez, Mark Anthony Vasquez, Guadalupe (Zenaida Flores) Vasquez and Jesse (Idalia Ramirez) Vasquez, his mother; Bertha Aleman Vazquez, 12 sisters, 6 brothers, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Jesus was always known to be a well groomed, presentable gentleman that made him stand out in a crowd. He was the owner of Auto Partes Electrica de Jesus. In his spare time he raised chickens and loved animals of all kinds and was a collector to an assortment of things. Jesus will be greatly missed by family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.

The Vazquez Aleman family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 6 PM to be prayed in the Chapel of Peace, Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street, Edinburg, Texas. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Peace, Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, 1701 East Richardson Road in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers will be: Mark Anthony Vasquez, Guadalupe Vasquez, Jesse Vasquez, Jose Javier Aranda, Miguel Angel Rodriguez and Reynaldo Guerrero. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia. Funeral Director / Manager Director and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
