Jesus "Jesse" Roberto Vega, 33, entered eternl rest on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center in Edinburg. He was born on Thursday, August 27, 1981 in Edinburg, Texas to Roberto Vega and Rosalva Rocha Vega.
He is survived by his loving mother; Rosalva (Robert) Vega Smith, girlfriend; Renee Aguirre, siblings; Isela (Jason) Ramirez, Miguel Vega, Andrea Vega, Veronica (Jesse) Torres, Robert Vega, Melina Lerma, Mary Lujan, Janie Flores, Manuel Flores, Jessica Casas, Albert Rojas and Juan Salazar, numerous nieces and nephews.
Jesse is a graduate of Edinburg High School, Class of 2000. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his friends and was very out going, a Free Spirit. Jesse was also self employed as a mechanic and was always ready to help his friends or whoever needed a helping hand. He will truly be missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
His family will receive friends today, Sunday, May 17, 2015 with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Catholic Mass will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 501 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Catholic burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers will be Leo, Danny, Roberto, Louis, Fernando and Mike. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
