Librada Sanchez, 94, passed away to be with our Lord on April 9, 2010 in Edinburg. She was born in Abram, Texas on December 1, 1915 to Juan Sanchez and Josefina Ochoa
Mr. Medina is preceded in death by his parents; brothers; Macedonio Medina, Adanto Medina, Guadalupe Medina, sisters; Omelia Garcia, Maria Luisa Rodriguez, and Estefana Perez.
Librada is preceded in death by her parents; brothers; Gilberto Sanchez, Juan Sanchez, Salvador Sanchez, Felipe Sanchez, Adan Sanchez, Jorge Sanchez, sisters; Isabel Rodriguez and Maria Sanchez.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister; Guadalupe Navarro and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Sunday, April 11, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. Christian services were held on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Christian burial will follow to Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen, Texas. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
