Maria Christina Ramirez, age 65, entered eternal rest on March 20, 2010 in Edinburg. She was born March 21, 1944 in Edinburg, Texas to Federico Ochoa, Sr., and Nestora Saenz.
Maria Christina is preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Sandra (Edgar) Leal, Sr., brothers; Federico (Irma) Ochoa, Jr., Jose Antonio (Connie) Ochoa, Lee (Edna) Ochoa, sisters; Gloria (Bobby) Perez, Alma (Allen) Todd, Aminta (Andy) Lopez and 5 grandchildren. She will truly be missed by her children, family and all those whose lives she touched.
Family will receive friends today, March 23, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home. Christian mass will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Christian burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
