Left to cherish his memory is his daughter; Adriane Garcia, brothers; Isaac (Yolanda) Garcia, Jr., Abel (Lupita) Garcia, Sr., and Rene (Olga Lydia) Garcia, sisters; Alicia (Ismael) Corpos, Sylvia Garcia, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Noe was an Edinburg High School, Class of 1978, graduate. He worked for St. Luke Hospital in Houston, McAllen Heart Hospital, South Texas Health Care Services and for Hidalgo County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 Place 1, Charlie Espinoza. Noe was a very thoughtful man. He was always there for everyone. He would do for others before himself. He was a born comedian always making others laugh. As Noe would say “He was a Jack of all trades and master of none”. He enjoyed cooking and barbecuing. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, friends, but especially with his daughter. Noe was a wonderful son, brother, father and friend who will be dearly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched.
