Norberta “Nole” Robledo, 57, entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. She was born to Andres Robledo, Sr. and Catarina Rangel Robledo on May 23, 1957 in Pearsall, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father; brother, Andres Robledo, Jr. and sister-in-law, Imelda Robledo.
Left to cherish her memories are her mother; brothers, Ramiro Robledo, Sr. and Roman Robledo; Niece, Maria Victoria Cavazos; Nephews, Ramiro Robledo, Jr., Roman “Romie” Robledo, Ryan Robledo; Great-Nephew, Raul Rolando Cavazos; Great-Niece, Maria Andrea Cavazos, and best friends, Josie Hernandez and Diana Marquez.
Norberta was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She worked as a bus driver for E.C.I.S.D. for 32 years. She will truly be missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home. A Christian mass will be held at 2:00 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Christian Burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers will be Ernesto Garza, Cesar Aguirre, Jose Moreno, Noe Villarreal, Adrian Hernandez, Alfredo Bazan, Eddie Orteaga, Ron Talnamachi, J.J., and Anthony. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
