Raúl Garza Cantú de 79 años, fue llamado a la presencia de nuestro padre celestial el martes 14 de enero del año 2014, habiendo nacido en General Bravo, Nuevo León después de haber recibido los santos óleos.
Lo participan a ustedes con la paz que sólo Dios puede dar, su esposa: Areopajita Chapa de Garza; hijas: Martha Laura, Rosa Elia, Sandra Patricia, Maria del Carmen y Claudia Garza Chapa; hijos políticos: Hugo Cuzzolino, Marcos G. Sainz, Arnaldo Noyola; padres: Luis Garza Adame†, Adela Cantú de Garza†; hermanos: Jose Luis, Oscar†, Orlando, Homero, Omar†, Maria Magdalena, Adela, y Gregorita, nietos y demás familiares.
Y les ruegan acompañarlos a la velación en la Funeraria Ceballos-Diaz, 322 E. Kuhn, Edinburg, TX, el jueves 16 de enero del 2014 de las 5:00-9:00 P.M., Rosario 7:00 P.M.,
así cómo al servicio religioso, el viernes 17 de enero a las 2:00 P.M. en la Iglesia Sagrado Corazón, 215 N 16th Avenue, de donde partirá el cortejo fúnebre al cementerio Hillcrest Memorial Park, 1701 E. Schunior, Edinburg, TX.

Raul Garza Cantu, 79, was called to be with The Lord on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at his residence in Edinburg. He was born on November 3, 1934 to Luis Garza and Adela Cantu in General Bravo, Nuevo León. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Oscar Garza and Omar Garza.
He is survived by his loving family; wife of 53 years, Aeropajita Garza; daughters, Martha Laura (Hugo) Cuzzolino, Rosa Elia Fazzio, Sandra Patricia Garza, Maria Del Carmen (Marcos) Sainz, Claudia Garza Chapa; brothers, Jose Luis Garza, Orlando Garza, Homero Garza; sisters, Maria Magdalena Garza, Adela Garza, Gregorita Garza, 9- grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Raul will be truly missed by his friends, family, and all those whose lives he touched.
Family will receive friends Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Family Chapel at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 E Kuhn, Edinburg. A Christian Mass will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Christian burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Zhang Xarlos Carillo, Marcos Sainz, Xavier Noyola, Genaro Elizondo, Arnaldo Noyola, and Marquitos Saenz. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
