Rodolfo Ruiz

Rodolfo Ruiz, 67, entered eternal rest on Friday, January 17, 2025 in McAllen. He was born in Mercedes, Texas on Thursday, September 26, 1957 to Pedro Ruiz and Isidra Maldonado Losoya. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years; Josefina R. Ruiz, children; Alicia Ruiz-Perez, Rodolfo R. Ruiz, Rey Ruiz, Ricardo Ruiz and Rosio Ruiz, siblings; Guadalupe (Connie) Ruiz, Martha (Armando) Contreras, Albina (Juan Pablo) Gonzalez and Alberto (Guadalupe) Ruiz, numerous grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Rodolfo worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed dancing, traveling as well as spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched.

The Ruiz Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 20, 2025 from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street, Edinburg, Texas. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Funeral Director/Manager and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
