Ronaldo “Ronnie” Torres, 50, entered eternal on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Amara Hospice in Edinburg. He was born on Friday, October 08, 1965 in Dinuba, California to Eladio Torres and Evangelina Garcia Torres.
Ronnie is survived by his parents, wife; Patricia V. Torres, daughter; Laura (Patrick) Plahuta, sons; Ronaldo (Stacy) Torres, Jr.,Richard Torres, Victor Hugo Campos and Rolando Xavier Campos, brothers; Romeo (Marivel) Torrez and Juan “Johnny” Roel (Nora) Torres, grandchildren; Ezio Alonzo Torres, Miles Desmond Torres, Bryan Zachary Plahuta and Desirae Olivia Torres, numerous nieces and nephews.
Ronnie lived in Edinburg most of his life. He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and bar-b-quing with his family and friends, he was a great chef. He also enjoyed playing pool and shooting darts. He lived life to the fullest and his family will cherish his memories forever.
His family will receive friends today, Friday, January 1, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1302 East Champion Street in Edinburg. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
