Santos Ulloa, Sr. entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 10, 2015 surrounded by his family at his residence in Edinburg, TX. He was born December 11, 1939 to Gerardo Ulloa and Gregoria Faz Ulloa in San Luis Potosi., Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Andres Ulloa, Aresteo Ulloa, Marcelina Ulloa, and Anacleto Ulloa.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Amelia C. Ulloa; sons, Santos (Carmela) Ulloa, jr., Gerardo (Veronica) Ulloa; brother, Elias (Patricia) Ulloa; sister, Telesfora (Teofilo) Ulloa - Facundo, 6 - Grandchildren, 2 - Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Santos lived most of his life in Edinburg. He worked as a cook at the Golden Dragon for eight years. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends, attending to his chickens, and spending time with his family. He will be truly missed by his friends and family.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. A Christian Service will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. Services will be concluding in Funeral Home. Funeral Services have been entusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
