Teodoro Castillo

Teodoro Castillo, 78, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at his residence in Edinburg. He was born on a Monday, December 3, 1945 to Teodoro Castillo and Isabel Nava Castillo. He is preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers; Lamberto Castillo, Rodolfo Castillo and Leonel Castillo.

Teodoro is survived by his loving wife of 54 years; Valentina R. Castillo, his children; Zoila (Horacio) Pena, Teodoro (Marisol) Castillo, Roel (Maritza) Castillo and Flor (Raul) Sesin, 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, brother; Nicandro Castillo and sister; Enriqueta Castillo Padron as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a hard worker, especially working hard with lawn care services. He enjoyed fishing but most importantly he loved and enjoyed spending time with his family. Teodoro will greatly be missed by family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.

The Castillo Family will receive friends for a memorial service on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 pm with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Peace, Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street, Edinburg, Texas. Services for Mr. Castillo will conclude at the end of the service. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
