Ricky Rolando Diaz

Ricky Rolando Diaz, 50, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas. He was born on a Friday, January 7, 1972 in Edinburg, Texas and raised by his parents; Juan Diaz and Marcela Tijerina Diaz. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother; Richard Diaz.
Ricky is survived by his loving wife of 14 years; Norma Diaz, his children; Angela Lopez and Ricky Maxwell Diaz, mother; Yolanda Diaz; siblings; Noelia Diaz Myers, Juan Diaz, Jr., John David Gonzalez, Stephanie Chapa, Dr. Heather L. Elias, Juan Manuel Diaz, Norma Barrera; Imelda Casas and Sandra T. Diaz as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Ricky was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a 1990 graduate from Edinburg High School in Edinburg, Texas. He enjoyed listening to Tejano music, dancing and watching TV shows such as The Sopranos, Dallas and the Golden Girls. He especially loved the outdoors, taking time to carefully and lovingly water his plants but his greatest pleasure in life was spending time with his loving wife, children and family. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
There are currently no services scheduled for Ricky at this time. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
