Virginia Elizabeth Cavazos, 66, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on a Monday, November 28, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois along with her twin sister Margaret Louise Cavazos to Juan N. Cavazos and Aurora Klosa. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister; Margaret Louise and brother in law; William Ouellette, Sr.
Virginia is survived by her sisters; Aurora Ouellette and Sylvia (Joseph) Cavazos Jucha, nephews; Warren Ouellette, William Ouellette, Jr, Brian Jucha and Nick Jucha, niece; Helene Ouellette Montalvo as well as several great nieces and nephews.
In memory of our sister Virginia, as we say goodbye, you left us with beautiful memories. We will always remember your sense of humor. Your love is still our guide, although we cannot see you, we know you are always at our side. We will never be apart no matter what happens. A Sister’s love is always and forever. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and all those whose lives she touched.
Her family will celebrate her life with a Memorial Mass on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 114 West Fay Street in Edinburg, Texas. Inurnment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, 1701 East Richardson Road in Edinburg, Texas. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
